Overview:
Provides overall
leadership ministry with Middle through
High School youth and families at
Sammamish Hills Lutheran Church, with
specific responsibility for developing
mid-sized gatherings centering on youth
and families, as well as young adults.
As a member of the Formation Team,
provides for active healthy faith
development through daily living (making
a difference beyond the church),
friendships and relationships,
congregation (involved with others in
meaningful discipleship), and group
ministry. Responsible for developing and
supporting a leadership support
structure for this area of ministry with
adults and youth while developing a
mentoring environment. This position
requires duty on nights and weekends, as
well as occasional extended stay travel.
