So what exactly is AWAKEN, AWE, and a LUG?

AWAKEN is the new Sunday Morning gathering for all MS/HS students interested in hanging out with others and experiencing God in a youth-friendly atmosphere.  AWAKEN will meet every Sunday from 10-10:30am in the youth and family building 

LUG SMALL GROUPS are the backbone of the HSM this fall.  Meeting primarily on Wednesday nights the last 3 weeks of the month, these groups will meet weekly around the area with an adult leader to connect, study God's word, and pray for each other while having a blast in the name of Jesus! 

Alternative Worship Experience or AWE is a chance for all High School Students and their friends in the area to come together for an evening of "mass chaos" as HSM gathers the first Wednesday night of the month from 7-8:30pm at the church for food, games, music, drama, and a chance to hear the teachings of Jesus! 

FALL LUG LEADERS NEEDED!!!
Interested in spending time with high school students?  Have a couple hours a week to spare?   The life you change may be your own!  Consider offering your gifts to the Lord through helping with HSM (High School Ministry)!  Walking alongside and supporting High School students is bound to be a journey you will never forget!

Warning: Spending time with the incredible high school students at SHLC can be addictive!
