What's Going On:

We are looking for some helpers this summer and/or next Fall to assist in some of the church communications.  If you are interested in serving in any of the capacities below, please let me know and I would love to meet with you and get you involved.  Most of these positions can be done remotely so you can work from home your laptop at Starbucks®.

Future Journalists

Are you the future editor of the New York Times?  Or are you going to be the graphic designer for People Magazine?  If so, I need you!!!

If you are interested in any of the following areas, drop me a line and I’ll find a spot for you on the newsletter crew. 

Photography – A budding Ansel Adams are you?  Let me know and you can use our digital camera to capture Sammamish Hills’ buildings as well as special events for publicity on the website and newsletter.  Photo credits will be given so this could be a great portfolio builder for your first internship or job! 

Writing – If English is your subject and grammar your game, let me know!  I would love to have youth write some pieces for the newsletter – Q&A’s, feature stories, event coverage, etc.  Bylines will be given so, again, a great resume and portfolio builder if you want to go out and seek a writing internship or job someday. 

Layout and design – If laying out the pages of Snowboarding or O Magazine gets you excited, come get some experience and earn community service hours at the same time!
